Sunday Pasta Class with two TOP CHEFS 

Joe Sasto and Silvia Barban are inviting you to discover the beauty, fun, love, and experience of making pasta "fatto a mano".  Come spend the day learning the secrets of creating one of Italy's most celebrated shapes, Tortellini. Experience the power of food, pasta, and friends!

We will dive deep into the tips and tricks from two of the top Pastaios in the country - including, how to make the proper dough, rolling out fresh pasta sheets, shaping tortellini - and of course, all of the cooking, laughing, and story-telling that comes with cooking alongside new friends. Because of the small intimate nature of the event, this day is perfect for all levels of pasta making experience (from novice to pro, there is always something new to learn and discover). 

Join us, this event will include pasta making class, aperitivo, DINNER, wine and refreshments.
